How do I move to a different week in Scheduling?

Use the arrows in the date bar to step forward or back a week at a time.

Quick answer

Click the left or right arrow in the date bar to move to the previous or next week. The week range shown (for example, 7/6/2026 to 7/12/2026) updates to match.

Overview

Scheduling shows one week at a time, and the date bar is how you move between them. This matters because everything else on the board — the grid, the cards, and the status filters — reflects only the week currently displayed. Moving weeks doesn't change any data; it just changes which week's cards you're looking at.

Before you begin

  • Changing the date range is available to admins in the web portal.

Steps

  1. Find the date bar at the top of the Scheduling board, showing the current week's range.
  2. Click the right arrow to move forward to the next week.
  3. Click the left arrow to move back to the previous week.
  4. Confirm the range updates. The displayed dates change to reflect the new week, and the grid's day columns update to match.
  5. Repeat as needed to step further forward or back, one week at a time.

Use cases

  • Planning ahead: step forward a week or two to lay out staffing before it's needed.
  • Reviewing the past: step back to confirm what was actually staffed on a previous week.

Troubleshooting

My cards disappeared after I moved weeks. Nothing was deleted — the board only shows one week at a time. Step back to the week the cards were created on, or click Today to return to the current week.

Can I jump more than one week at a time? Based on current source material, only single-week steps via the arrows are confirmed. If a longer jump or date picker exists, it isn't documented here — flag with product if this comes up.
