      Terminating Employees in Corfix Payroll

      This article will sumarize how to close a workers employee profile in Corfix Payroll.

      Following the Steps below will ensure that Workers;

      • Worker doesn't have access to Corfix.
      • Employee does not show up on future payrolls.
      • ROE is generate and submitted.
      1. Suspend Worker profile in Corfix. Suspend Worker
      2. Set Effective To dates for each of the following in Payroll. All edittable through the Employee profile in Corfix Payroll. 
        1. Pay Rate
        2. Presets
          1. Benefits
          2. Allowances
          3. Deductions
          4. Reimbursements
        3. Worker's Comp
        4. Stat Holiday Pay
      3. Generate ROE. How to Generate ROE.
