How can I complete a Form if one of my employees cannot sign it?

This article will show you how to "Force Complete" when a worker doesn't sign off on a Form.

You are able to force the completion of a Form without having all of the signatures required. For example, the "Force Complete" action can be used when a worker you had attached to the Form is not at work that day.

This will not generate a signature for the workers who haven't signed. The Form will just complete without their signature.


Go to the Forms tab, click on the name of the Form that you wish to force complete. 
Select the blue "Actions" dropdown button within this Forms Detail page, then click "Force Complete".


Once you click "Force Complete", a pop-up will appear.  

Read the dialogue and select the green "Confirm" button to force the completion of the Form.

TIP: Add a note to explain why the worker didn't sign, this may come in handy down the road if any questions are ask.
