This article will show you how to delete forms
Follow these steps to delete a form:
Step 1: Click on the "Forms" dropdown from the left side menu and click "All Forms"
Step 2: Click on the Form you want to delete. This will open the Form Details page.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Delete Form'
Once a Form is deleted it is gone forever. As a precaution, the system will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the Form.
If you do not see the DELETE button, this is because you do not have the proper permission. Contact your company administrator.
