You have the option to grab a single form directly from the list or while viewing its details. For larger tasks, the Bulk Download feature allows you to save up to 100 forms at a time into an organized folder on your computer.

How It Works (Step-by-Step)

Option 1: Downloading a Single Form

There are two easy ways to download an individual form:

From the All Forms list:

  1. Navigate to the All Forms page by selecting FORMS and then ALL FORMS from the left-hand menu.
  2. Locate the form you need and click the Choose Action dropdown menu in the far-right column.

  3. Select Download.

From the Form Details page:

  1. Click on the underlined form name in the list to open its specific details.

  2. Click the Download icon (found at the bottom of the Form Details box) to begin the download immediately.

Option 2: Downloading Multiple Forms (Bulk Download)

To save time when you need many forms at once, use the bulk tool:

  1. Navigate to the All Forms page by selecting FORMS and then ALL FORMS from the left-hand menu.

  2. Filter your search: Use the search bars at the top to narrow down your results, you can filter by:

    • Template, Project, Asset, or Worker.

    • Group, Date Range, Document Number, Status, or Flag.

    • Click Search to update the list.

  3. Adjust your view: Change your Items per page (select 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100) to see more forms on one screen.

  4. Select forms: Click the Select All checkbox in the far-left column of the table.

  5. Start Download: Click the Download button located above the table on the right side of your screen.

  6. Retrieve your files: The forms will download as a Zip folder (a single file containing all your documents).

You can download a maximum of 100 forms at a time. If you have more than 100, move to the next page and repeat the process to download the next batch.
