This article will summarize how to reset your password if you cannot log in to your Corfix app.
The below steps will outline how to reset your password:
1. Select the Forgot Your Password? on the Corfix log in page.
2. Input your email and tap "Submit".
3. Stay on this page, do NOT close the Corfix app entirely, go to your email app and look for an email from noreply@corfix.com
4. Next, copy/remember the 6-digit code from the email.
5. Return to the Corfix app on your phone, and paste/type this 6 digit code in the top field.
6. Input your new password, confirm and push Save.
7. Lastly use your same email and then the new password you created.
Do not put the 6 digit code in the password field on the log in page. If you close the app while getting going to your email (Step 3), reset the whole process. If you are having lots of trouble with this please reach out to your companies Corfix administrator.
