This article will show you how you can configure forced hand signature on all Forms and Resources that are signed.
Force the hand signature is a feature to better compliance within your company. The reason for this is it discourages workers from signing off on forms for others.
Following the steps below to set this up.
This is a company wide setting once it i toggled on it is toggled on for everyone.
If you do not see any of the following options in your admin portal, this is because you do not have the Permission within your Role to see this, please contact your companies Corfix Administrator.
Step 1: Select " My Account Details" on the menu.
Step 2: Select the pencil button to the right of "Company Details"
Step 3: Scroll down and toggle "Require Hand Signature". Press Save at the bottom of the page.
