This article will summarize how to toggle on and manage pictures when punching in/out.
This feature allows you to set in a required picture when punching in and/or out when using the Punch Clock.
This feature is only supported when using the Punch Clock feature. It is not supported when using Time Cards.
This is a bigger feature change so make sure to do this when not busy. This may need a logout and log back in from your mobile users as they may not see the feature right away.
Step 1: Go to Timekeeping in the menu.
Step 2: Select "Settings".
Step 3: Scroll down to the "Photo Punch In/ Out" setting. Configure the setting as you please and press Save at the bottom of the page.
You can decide to either ask for a picture on;
- Punch in
- Punch out
- Both
This feature is supported through the following punch-in/out scenarios.
- Individual Punch in/out through one device
- Kiosk Mode
It is not supported when:
- Bulk punching in/out workers on one device.
Once you have the feature fully running in the field you can view the pictures easily through the Corfix Timekeeping tables. In the Actions column you can hover over the "person icon" and the pictures will pop up!
