[Corfix Mobile Guide](https://knowledge.corfix.com/articles/corfix-mobile-guide?hsLang=en) May 7, 2025 # How to Activate Your Mobile App Account ## This guide will walk you through how to activate your Corfix account on your phone, step by step. 1. **Contact Your Admin:** Reach out to your Admin to activate your account on the admin portal. 2. **Check Your Email:** After your Admin activates your account, you’ll receive an email. *(If you don’t see it in y![ssc1](https://knowledge.corfix.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ssc1.png?width=224&height=459&name=ssc1.png)our inbox, check your spam folder.)* 3. **Get Your 6-Digit Code:** In the email, you’ll find a 6-digit code. Make sure to copy this code. 4. **Download the App:** The email will also include links to download the app for either [Apple App Store](https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/corfix/id1516665463) or [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.corfix.mobile&hl=en_CA). Go ahead and download it. 5. **Open the App:** Open the Corfix app on your phone. 6. **Enter Your Email & Code:** Once in the app, enter your email and the 6-digit code you copied earlier. 7. **Create a Password:** You’ll be asked to create your own password. Set a secure one. 8. **Login:** Once you’ve created your password, log in to the app. That’s it!
