Using the toolbar on the left of your Admin screen, select Resources. Scroll and choose Projects (this will save you from having to add the Project name again when creating the form.)
1). Choose the Project you want to create the form under. Once you choose the Project, scroll down to Recent Forms and select the green Add button.
2). You can choose the Template of the Form you wish to use and select the workers who will be signing the form.
3). You can add an external signer and or any sub trades that may need to sign off on this form here as well.
4). Once completed, choose SAVE and the form will go out to the workers you've assigned to this form.
