How to Download a Blank Template (Corfix Admin Only)

You can download a blank, unfilled version of any form template directly from the Corfix Admin. This is helpful for printing, training, sharing with clients, or using forms offline.

How to Download a Blank Template

In the Corfix Admin, open the Forms section in the menu.
Click Templates.
Find the template you want to download.
Click Choose Action next to the template.
Select Download to save a blank version to your device.

Important About Conditional Logic

If a template contains conditional logic (fields that only appear based on certain answers), those conditional fields will not be included in the blank downloaded version.

Example:
In an Incident Report, injury-related questions only appear if “Was an injury involved?” = Yes. The blank template will not show these conditional fields.

What If You Need Conditional Fields to Show?

If you require all conditional fields to appear in the downloaded form, the best option is below.

Create a “Fully Expanded” Duplicate Template

Copy the existing template. How to copy a Template.
Remove or simplify the conditional logic in the duplicate version.
Use this expanded version strictly for printing or reference.

This approach keeps your original template intact while giving you a printable version that includes every field.
