This article will show you how to make a PIN required for Kiosk mode.
If this setting is active, workers will need to enter their PIN to sign off on forms from another users device.
- Pins are personalized 4-digit codes that provide an extra level of security.
Follow these steps to turn on the setting "Require Pin for Kiosk Mode":
Step 1: Click on "My Account Details" from the left side menu
Step 2: Click on the edit button beside "Company Details"
Step 3: Under Form "Settings" click on "Require Pin for Kiosk Mode" and click "Save"
When setting up this feature, workers will not have access to their PIN unless they have logged in to their own account. If they are "Active for Kiosk", they will not have access to their PIN and it will need to be provided to them.
