This article will highlight our January 14th, 2025 update.
Offline Binders
Offline binders are here! This feature will allow Corfix users to download resources on their Corfix mobile app, for access when they are not connected to the internet. Users can download files(resources) through the app on the Binders page, using the download button (the grey arrow pointing downward, inside of a circle).
Editing Time Card (for Punch Clock) on Mobile
You now have the ability to edit Time Cards on the Corfix mobile when using Punch Clock as your means of capturing labour hours.
This feature needs the following Permissions toggled on:
- Add Time Card for Everyone
- View all Time Cards
Both are found under the Timekeeping Permissions section of "Manage Roles" in My Account Details.
Report thresholds
Thresholds allow you to set goals that you need to hit for specific Reports you create. Thresholds can be set up on a Report basis and will display on your Dashboard so you can easily monitor if thresholds are being met.
Report Sum Table Data
You can now create a Sum report from your Form Data. Once this is set up you can set up a Form Data Report in the Reports tab and create a Report that sums the total on that Number field. Below is a report on the total dollar amount lost to theft this year.
This feature requires you to have a Number field marked as Reportable in the template. Click here for a Guide on how to set a component as Reportable
Geo pin in Admin, longitude and latitude displayed in Form
You can now mark locations on Forms; this feature is ideal for ensuring paper work is being done on site.
This feature is configurable for the entire company and cannot be on worker by worker basis. You will need to toggle the feature on through your Company Details page.
My Account Details > pencil button to the right of Company Details > Capture Location Requirement.
Locations will be captured on the final Form when the Form is signed with the Longitude and Latitude. Within the Form Details page you have the ability to see the pin of the location on the map through the Signers Choose Action button
Choice Lists
Choice list give you the ability to create dropdowns outside of the Template builder. This feature allows you to more easily manage the contents of your dropdown lists and if you have one drop down list that you are using across multiple Templates, all updates made in the Choice List will reflect in the Templates the drop down is applied to.
If you are changing your current dropdowns and using the Choice you create. It is advised that you use the archiving process for templates.
Choice Lists can be found in the All Forms page.
Once these lists are created you can add them to the Template using the dropdown component, click here for more information on how to add the choice list to a template.
