This article will summarize the product release for March 3rd 2025.
Merge Fields on Template Names
You will now be able to merge fields into the Template name. This allows you to pull key data points into the each final Form based on what you want to see, while being able to allocate a "Parent Template" name.
This naming convention in the form is extremely useful when you go to export the form. The file name will reflect what you've written in the Filled Title field. This would help with showing the data you want on the export PDF.
Project Photo Gallery
You now have a way to find all project pictures in one spot! Pictures that are attached to either a form or porject notes will now be availble through the View All Photos button on the Project page.
While in the Photo Gallery you can filter by the origin of the picture, Form or Project Note, as well as the date and time.
The timestamp will display the date when the photo was uploaded to the Form or Project Note.
Enhancement on Data Grid Repoting
You can now pull more data into data grid reports! This will allow you to report better on data that was separated previously. You will simply see the fields in the selectable columns in the Report.
New filters for Assets
You will now see a filter for the below on the Assets page;
- Assigned To
- Manged By
Allowing you to find information quicker!
Public Form Signing through QR Codes
You can now share forms via QR Code externally and have anyone sign off on a form! This is really useful if you have workers coming in and out of the site that need to sign a form. Instead of chasing you around they can scan a QR Code you have generated.
