Scheduling Notifications

This article will summarize the notifications that will be sent with Corfix Scheduling.

Here is a list of notifications that will be sent out when using Corfix Scheduling;

• When the user is scheduled on a new project for the current day, this notification will be sent as soon as you Save the scheduling card.
• If a scheduling card is created for future days, the user will be notified at 4 PM Eastern time about their upcoming scheduled project, the day before.
• If you schedule the worker after 4 PM EST they will receive the notification the schedule the next day.
• When a worker is removed from a schedule on the current day they will be notified that they have been removed from a schedule.
• If you update the note for a schedule card in the current day, a notification will be sent to the workers scheduled on that card when saved.
