Understanding Private Project and Worker Sensitive Data

View Private Project Data

This permission controls visibility of the Private Description field on the Project Page.

View Worker Sensitive Data

This permission controls access to private employee information. When a role has this access toggled on, they can view the following sensitive fields on a worker's profile:

• Emergency Contact Name, Phone, and Relationship

• Alternate Emergency Contact Name and Phone Number

• Additional Notes

• Additional Details

• Personal Details

Standard Worker Profile View

If a role does not have the Worker Sensitive Data permission toggled on, their visibility is limited. They will only be able to see the following standard information on a worker's profile:

• Name (First, Middle, Last, Preferred, Nickname)

• Language

• Kiosk PIN

• Job Title

• Worker Groups

• Email Address and Phone Number

• Employee Number

• Roles

• Notes

• Pay Rate

• Company Details (Name, Location, Department)
