Where can I view a PDF version of a Template?

This article will show you how to view a PDF version of a blank template.

Follow these steps to view a PDF version of your template:

Step 1: Click on the "Forms" dropdown from the left side menu and click "Templates"

Step 2: Click the "Choose Action" dropdown on the right side and click "View"

You will then see a pop-up window that displays the PDF of your document.Screen Shot 2023-09-01 at 11.39.52 AM

Note: Depending on how a Form Template is configured, the View/Download Template functionality may not capture all the content within the Template.

Any time a component within a Template has conditional rules (i.e. if/then hide & show logic based on responses to the Form questions) that content will be omitted when viewing or downloading the blank Template.
