This article will show you where to view project tasks.
Follow these steps to view tasks associated with a project:
Step 1: Click on the "Resources" dropdown from the left side menu and click on "Projects"
Step 2: Select a project and scroll down until you see "Recent Tasks"
Step 3: Select "View All" in the bottom right corner of the box. This opens the Tasks tab with an automatic filter for that project already applied. You can also add a task to this project by using the "Add" button at the top right of the Recent Tasks box.
The columns of the Task table give the following information:
Name: This will show you the name of the task. Task names are often short descriptions of the task required.
State: This will either display “Pending", "Accepted", or "Complete", colour coded red, yellow, or green respectively.
Project: This tells you the name of the Project the Task is associated with.
Due Date: This shows the date that the Task is due.
