This article will show you where to view all recent forms for a project.
Follow these steps to view recent forms for a project:
Step 1: Click on the "Resources" dropdown from the left side menu and click "Projects"
Step 2: Click on the project that you want to view forms for
Step 3: Scroll down until you see "Recent Forms". You can click "View All" to view all forms for the project
Here are descriptions of each column in the Recent Forms section:
Template: This column will show you what type of Form has been filled out (eg Tool Box Talk, Accident Report, etc). In this column, you can click on the Form name to view more information.
Status: This column will display either “Incomplete”, “Complete”, or "Pending Review". This will be colour coded red, green, and orange respectively. “Complete” will display if the Form has been signed by all signers. If not all signers have signed the Form, the status will show “Incomplete”.
Sent On: This column will show you the date on which that specific Form was sent. This will help for review at the end of the day when you want to make sure all Forms sent that day are filled out.
Actions: In this column you will see the "Choose Action" dropdown, which allows you to “View” or “Download” the form.
You can also view forms related to a project by going to the "All Forms" page and using the filters at the top to select your specific project.
