This article explains whether a blocked worker’s hours will still export when it comes time to run payroll.
Yes. Timekeeping Hours for workers remain included in exports even if the worker is blocked. Blocking a worker prevents new entries or assignments but does not affect historical timekeeping records.
Important Notes
Timecard Visibility
-
Once a worker is blocked, their timecards will no longer appear in the main Timekeeping page.
-
To access these timecards:
-
Go to the Workers page.
-
Use the Status filter (third filter to the right) and select Blocked.
-
Open the worker’s profile, scroll to their Recent Timecards, and select View All.
-
This will redirect you to the Timekeeping module with all of their saved timecards.
-
-
Note: All timecard data remains stored in Corfix unless explicitly deleted — the system simply hides blocked workers’ timecards to keep the UI clean.
Timecard Approvals
-
If your account requires timecard approvals, you must approve all timecards before blocking a worker.
-
✅ Approved timecards will export correctly for payroll.
-
❌ Unapproved timecards will not export.
-
Applies To
-
This rule applies to all exports, third-party integrations, and Corfix Payroll.
