How do I delete Outstanding forms in bulk?

This article will summarize how to filter for Outstanding forms and delete multiple forms at once from the All Forms page.

Prerequisites: Bulk deleting forms can only be done from the Corfix admin dashboard (web portal) — this action is not available in the mobile app. Your Role must also have the Delete Forms permission turned on (see Can't see the Delete button? below).

⚠️ Warning: Deleting forms is permanent and cannot be undone. Only delete Outstanding forms you're confident your workers will not complete.

Overview & Explanation

Over time, your All Forms page can accumulate Outstanding forms — forms that were assigned or dispatched but were never filled out. If you know certain forms are no longer going to be completed (for example, the job has wrapped up or the worker is no longer on site), you can clean up the list by deleting them in bulk from the web dashboard rather than one at a time.

How It Works

  1. Log in to the Corfix admin dashboard on the web.
  2. Go to the All Forms page.
  3. Open the Status filter and select Outstanding.
  4. Use the checkboxes on the left side of the forms table to select the Outstanding forms you want to remove — only select forms you know workers aren't going to complete.
  5. Click the Delete button at the top right of the forms table.

That's it — all selected forms will be removed at once.

Can't See the Delete Button?

If the Delete button isn't showing at the top of the forms table, your Role doesn't have the Delete Forms permission turned on. To enable it:

  1. Go to My Account Details > Manage Roles.
  2. Select the Role that needs to delete forms.
  3. Turn on the Delete Form permission under the View Forms section and save your changes.
  4. You may have to log out and back in to see chnages.

If you don't have access to Manage Roles, ask an admin at your company to update the permission for you.

Use Cases and Benefits

  • End-of-project cleanup: Remove Outstanding forms from jobs that have already closed out.
  • Roster changes: Clear forms assigned to workers who are no longer on the project or with the company.
  • Accurate reporting: Keeping stale Outstanding forms out of your list gives you a truer picture of real form completion rates.
  • Faster navigation: A cleaner All Forms page makes it easier to find the forms that actually need attention.
