Below is how the template functions in it's current state. #### **The form is best used under the following workflow;** - The supervisor is filling out one FLRA per day and updating the form as the day progresses with new tasks that are being performed. #### **Supervisor(s) to manually select the following;** - Tasks that are being performed before starting work and throughout the day. - Pre/Post Severity and Probability. #### This form automatically calculate and notify; - Pre and Post Risk level, based on what is selected in the Pre and Post Severity and Probability fields. The template is currently created to allow for manual task creation. Below is what the component looks like in the template. Automated tasks allow you to set up tasks that are frequently occuring through automation.
