Custom Branding Requirement: To have your own company logo appear on the certificates, you must have Custom Branding set up on your account. If this is not configured, the standard system logo will be used as a fallback.

New Records Only: This option is currently only available when you are first creating a new certification record.
- Admin Only: This certification generation tool is only available on the admin. You can still upload images through the Corfix mobile app.

The Digital Certification feature allows you to create professional, branded certificates for your workers without needing to design or upload external files. When you create a new certification record, the system can now automatically build a custom image that includes your company logo, specific course details, and the worker's completion information. This saves time and ensures a consistent look for all your company's training records.
Pro Tip: This tool is exceptionally efficient for re-certifications. You can bulk-generate the same certificate for every worker in a group within seconds, removing the need for manual data entry for each individual.
How It Works (Step-by-Step)

Navigate to the Certifications section and click Add.
- Select the Worker(s) that you would like to generate a certification for.

Look for the toggle labeled Generate Digital Certification.

Switch the toggle to On.

Note: Turning this on will hide the manual file upload option, as the system will now handle the document creation for you.

Once enabled, a View Preview button will appear.

Click View Preview to see a mock-up of what the certificate will look like.

Design Note: If you have custom branding, the border and text will match your secondary brand color. Otherwise, it will default to a professional blue.

Ensure the Date of Completion, Date of Expiry, and Issued By fields are filled out if you want them to appear on the final certificate.

Click Save. The system will now generate and attach a unique, personalized certificate for every worker assigned to this record.
