How do I book a meeting with my Customer Success Manager (CSM)

This article will summarize the steps for scheduling a personalized support session directly from your Corfix dashboard.

Overview & Explanation

The 5-Second Rule: Use this feature if you need one-on-one time with your dedicated Corfix representative to discuss account improvements, training, or specific project needs.

Your Success Centre is a built-in hub that connects you directly to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Instead of playing "phone tag" or waiting for email replies, you can view their real-time availability and grab a spot on their calendar that works for you.

How It Works

  1. Open the Success Centre: From your main Corfix dashboard, click the Blue Hearth Icon (Success Centre) located in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Find Your CSM: Look for the Customer Success Manager card. You will see your CSM’s name, photo, and contact details.

  3. Click Book a Meeting: Click the orange Book 1-on-1 button. This will open a new scheduling window.

  4. Select a Date and Time:  Choose a day on the calendar that is highlighted as available.

    • Select your preferred time slot from the list on the right.

    • Click Next (or the selected time) to proceed.

  5. Enter Your Details: Fill out the short form with your name, email, and a brief Description of meeting so your CSM can prepare in advance.

  6. Confirm: Review your information and click the Confirm button. You will automatically receive an email invitation with the meeting link.

Use Cases and Benefits

  • Personalized Training: Book a session to walk through a specific tool, like Timekeeping or COR Management, with an expert.

  • Feature Requests: Meet with your CSM to discuss how new platform updates can specifically help your field crews.

  • Account Check-ups: Schedule a quarterly review to ensure your account settings are optimized for your current projects.

  • New Admin Onboarding: If you’ve added a new office administrator, use this to get them a professional introduction to the system.
