Notifications in Corfix
Corfix supports three types of notifications to help you stay on top of important updates:

This guide explains what each notification is, where to configure it, and what happens when you click it.
1. Email-Only Notifications
These notifications are delivered only by email—no push or in-app version.
Welcome to Corfix

When sent: When a worker is activated for the first time.

Content: Login details and a temporary password.

Variations (4 types):

Admin access – first-time user

Mobile app only – first-time user

Admin access – already part of another company
-
Mobile app only – already part of another company

New Verification Code

When sent: When resetting or changing your password.

How triggered:

From the login screen

From the Edit My Account Details page

Purpose: Contains a verification code you must enter into Corfix to confirm ownership of the email.
Expiring Certifications

When sent: Mondays at 6:00 AM EST
-
Content: Table of certifications that are expiring soon or already expired.

Who receives it: Configured via:

Go to Certifications Dashboard

Click Notification Settings (top right)

Add users to Administrators to Notify list

Enable Email Notifications

Click Save

2. Standard Notifications
These can be sent via Push, Email, or In-App.
Configuration depends on whether you’re an Admin or Mobile App User.

3. Known Issues

Multiple Companies
If you’re linked to more than one company, some notifications may not behave as expected. -
Clicking Email Links on Mobile

If logged into a different company, you’ll land on the dashboard instead of the intended page.

Clicking Email Links on Admin (Web)
-
If you select the wrong company at login, you’ll be redirected to the dashboard.

Push Notifications
-
If logged into a different company, app opens to dashboard instead of intended page.

iOS Email Links
-
Must be opened in Safari (default browser) for deep linking to work.

Links opened in Chrome or other browsers won’t direct into the app.
